November 21, 2007 — Looking for the perfect dish for the holidays? Let Little Big Town help you out with these mouth-watering recipes!

Karen Fairchild's Creamy Fudge:

Ingredients:
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 ½ cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
¼ cup butter
¼ tsp. salt
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
- Place marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in heavy pan and bring to boil.
- Turn down heat but hold at boiling point.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes stirring constantly. Take off heat and add 12 oz. milk chocolate chips and 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Add vanilla and nuts. Beat until cool. Pour fudge into foil lined pan. When completely firm, lift out foil and cut into squares.

Kimberly Roads' Sweet Deb's Buckeyes:

Ingredients:
1 lb. margarine or butter
2 lbs of creamy peanut butter
3 lbs of powdered sugar
Chocolate Bark (for dipping)

Directions:
- Cream margarine and peanut butter together.
- Gradually add powdered sugar.
- Roll into small balls. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Melt chocolate bark.
- Dip balls into chocolate using a toothpick, leaving part of the peanut butter showing at the top.
- Lay onto wax paper until hardened. Store in the refrigerator.

Kimberly Roads' Russian Tea:

Ingredients:
Tea
2 cups sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup orange juice
2 cups pineapple juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:
- Make 2 quarts of tea w/ no sugar.
- Boil 1 quart of water w/ cinnamon sticks and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Mix orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice together...add to tea.
- Stir. Enjoy hot or cold.
