September 25, 2006--In the new issue of Country Weekly, Alan Jackson talks about turning 50--which he'll do in a couple of years. "I’m real comfortable growing older," says Alan. "I’m not afraid of it."
Alan also admits to being pleasantly surprised at his successful career. "I’ve never liked the sound of my voice, and it’s always surprised me that someone else likes it," he says. "Then for [this] to continue to evolve and to keep on rolling after all of these years is just always amazing to me."
