March 5, 2007 — According to court papers filed in Williamson County, Tenn., Sara Evans has filed a response to husband Craig Schelske's request for proof of nude photos of himself with other women that Sara described in her divorce petition. Craig has insisted that there are no such pictures and asked they be turned over to him if they do exist.
In Sara's response, she states that she had a computer expert make a copy of Craig's hard drive and that since Craig still has the hard drive, he can access the photographs himself.
Sara's lawyer, John Hollins, also included a letter he sent to Craig's lawyer in November offering to furnish an affidavit from the computer expert regarding his removal of the photos from the computer. He states that he has offered to make the copy of the hard drive available to Craig as long as the expert is present during the examination to prevent any erasure from the hard drive.
