September 14, 2007 — Garth Brooks hasn't been on tour in nine years, but even after nearly a decade of life out of the spotlight, those moments on stage remain "more than a memory" for him.

Garth tells Dial-Global he continues to have flashbacks and still dreams about being onstage. "Every night at 9 o'clock, I can look up at you and go, 'It must be 9 o'clock,' because your stomach just starts to turn and flip," he says. "It's been '98 since we did the last world tour, and I thought it would go away, but every night at 9 o'clock, you're just ready. There's a whole new life that comes over your face, and you're ready to roll, and it's great. Yeah, I miss it, every day, but I feel it every day too."

Garth says he's usually just starting to wake up at around 9 o'clock at night, so it's a good thing he's surrounded by girls with endless energy. He says at his house "the party gets started late."
