October 31, 2007 — Emerson Drive, Sara Evans, Phil Vassar and Rodney Atkins are among the artists featured in Chevy's 2008 Year In Country Music calendar.

Approximately three million calendars will be distributed through inserts in upcoming issues of People, Country Weekly, CMA Close Up, NASCAR Illustrated and Progressive Farmer. Fans may also download a PDF file of the calendar and view original behind-the-scenes footage of each calendar artist at chevynation.com/country.

This year's calendar features 12 of country music's hottest stars alongside Chevy's 2008 vehicles. Sara Evans was photographed with the new Chevy Malibu, which is sponsoring her current tour, while Danielle Peck, a NASCAR fan, is photographed at the Nashville Speedway with Jimmy Johnson's No. 28 Chevy Impala SS. Phil Vassar poses by a Corvette Z06 at a historic gas station. His upcoming album features a song called "My Chevrolet," which looks back at the fun he had in his Malibu during his teen years.

Rodney Atkins, Luke Bryan, Bucky Covington, Jennifer Hanson, Emerson Drive, Craig Morgan, Jack Ingram, Sarah Buxton and Jamie O'Neal round out the other nine months.

Little Big Town, Gretchen Wilson, Montgomery Gentry, Charlie Daniels, Big & Rich and the Muzik Mafia have graced the pages of the popular calendar in recent years. Chevy calendars will also be distributed in conjunction with the CMA Awards on November 7.
