February 25, 2008 - Kellie Pickler currently has her second Top 25 single with "Things That Never Cross A Man's Mind," and it's loaded with thoughts and behaviors that are predominantly female: shopping, shoes and the color of the carpet, to name a few.

Oddly enough, the song wasn't really intended for women. It was meant to let male listeners know that, yes, Kellie really does understand how men's minds work.

"It's all things that us women, we obsess over and we worry about, and it's on the top-priority list for us to do or think about," she told Dial-Global. "It's like, when we talk to our husbands or boyfriends or guy friends, they really could care less. They don't care that Brad Pitt colored his hair blonde, and it doesn't look good. So why do we talk to them about it? So it's kind of a guys' anthem."

Kellie will appear tonight at Phoenix Rising!, a benefit concert in Providence, R.I., for the victims of a fire that destroyed a rock club called the Station five years ago. The show features a number of heavy-metal acts — including Tesla, Winger and Twisted Sister — but country artists also heard the call. In addition to Kellie, the lineup features John Rich, Dierks Bentley, Randy Owen and Gretchen Wilson.
