It's frustrating. Even after the government passed anti-spam laws, your e-mail inbox is still full of unwanted advertisements and solicitations. And so, to help control the onslaught, your e-mail service has installed spam-blocking software to help clean things up.
Ah, but now there's a new problem. Your new spam-blocker is a little too enthusiastic, and it's blocking the e-mails you actually want to receive -- like the Great American Country Newsletter, for example.
What to do... what to do....
Fortunately, there's an easy way to make sure you continue receiving your e-mail newsletters from GAC (without increasing the amount of spam you receive). Just add our e-mail address to your address book. Here's how.
Outlook Express
In a message you are viewing or replying to, right-click the person's name, and then click "Add to Address Book."
In the message list of your Inbox or other mail folder, right-click a message, and then click "Add Sender to Address Book."
Microsoft Outlook
In a message you are viewing or replying to, right-click the person's name, then click "Add to Contacts."
Hotmail
In a message you are viewing, click the "Save Address" link. The Quickname, First Name, and Last Name fields should be automatically filled in. Click "OK" to save the address in your address book.
Yahoo!
