Each week country music expert Neil Haislop answers your questions!

Q: Is that Heather Locklear in Toby Keith's new video?
(Misty, Laurel, MS)
A: Yes that is Heather Locklear, Misty. It turns out that Heather is good friends with Toby Keith’s clothing stylist, Susie Carlson. And at some point, Susie suggested that Toby and Heather do a video. It took a while for the right song to appear and that turned out to be "Crash Here Tonight."

Q: Do you know when Kellie Pickler's single will start playing on the radio? I read about it being later this month, but didn't know when. Do you know what it is called? I am a huge fan of Kellie and I loved her in concert and on the American Idol stage!
(Kyle, Canton, OH)

A: Kyle, Kellie Pickler’s first single is at radio now, but that doesn’t mean your local station is ready to play it. Be sure to request it if they aren’t. It’s a terrific tune called "Red High Heels," the first single from her album, Small Town Girls, that will be in stores October 31.

Q: When are we going to get to hear more about Jimmy Wayne?
(Barbara, Batavia, OH)

A: Barbara, you’re about to hear plenty from Jimmy Wayne. He’s been in the studio for a while and now his first album for Big Machine Records is done. Check into jimmywayne.com for the latest news from him. He's also building his site at MySpace.com, so start checking in on Jimmy Wayne there as well.

Q: Recently I was watching Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on the fashion week special, and they performed a song called, "I Need You." I was just wondering if that song was going be on Tim’s next album?
(Susan, Gaffney, SC)

A: Susan, we don’t know yet where that song will land. We’ve just learned that Tim McGraw will have a new album out in the first quarter of 2007, so it could very well end up on that record. But for now it’s too early for his camp to be talking about the new album.

Q: Will Kenny Chesney release any songs from his live CD?
(Isabel, Amery, WI)

A: Isabel, Kenny Chesney’s record label tells me at this time, his only planned single for the fall is his current hit "You Save Me," from The Road and The Radio.

Q: What happened to Janis Gill, and The Sweethearts of the Rodeo? I loved their performances.
(Frances, Chuckey, TN)

A: Before she married Vince Gill in 1980, Janis Oliver and her sister Kristine were a performing act eventually calling themselves The Sweethearts of the Rodeo. They recorded several albums together and scored seven Top 10 hits. Janis divorced Vince Gill in 1997. We’re not sure what Janis is doing these days, but the sisters are not performing together currently.

Q: How many of the country stars actually grew up on a farm like I am now?
(Mallie, Lima, OH)

A: We don’t know for sure who all grew up on farms Mallie. But a lot of them grew up out in the country, including Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Sara Evans, George Strait and Toby Keith, just to name a few.

Q: I am a longtime fan of Ty Herndon. Is it true that we will be hearing that wonderful voice of his soon? If so, when will a single be released, and when will be CD be released?
(Phyllis, Cana, VA)

A: Phyllis, good news for you. I just got an advance copy of Ty Herndon’s new CD, Ty Herndon: Right About Now. It will be released to the public October 24 and the title-song first single, "Right About Now," should now be at radio.
