Alison Krauss Produces Alan Jackson

May 10, 2006 — Alan Jackson has been in the studio working on a project that's being produced by Alison Krauss, according to The Tennessean. Alan is only the second major male country artist to have an album produced by a female, following in the footsteps of Toby Keith, who brought in Lari White to co-produce his current CD White Trash With Money. Alan and Alison have worked together before as duet partners. You may recall she accompanied him on the song "The Angels Cried," on his holiday CD, Honkytonk Christmas.
