July 21, 2006--Trace Adkins is into his 10th year of a career that has produced No. 1 hits, gold and platinum albums, and taken him outside the world of country music for television and voiceover work. So how has Trace managed to stay so humble and grounded? "Thats how I was raised," Trace tells X Radio. "And Ive always tried to work hard and make a good showing every day. And that blue collar background still serves me well today. And another thing is children and a [wife] that just arent that impressed. My kids--if I can jump up and touch the ceiling with both hands they think thats pretty cool, but other than that, [there's] not much about me that really impresses them."
In other Trace news, GACTV.com will be talking to him soon--but we want YOU to supply the interview questions! Is there something you've always wanted to ask Trace? Now's your chance! If we use your question, you'll get a free copy of Trace's upcoming CD, Dangerous Man! We need your most intriguing, unique questions!
Send your questions to news@gactv.com. Don't forget to include your full name and your full mailing address or we can't use your question. Deadline for submission is Wednesday, July 26!
