Sara Evans Hosts Fashion For Every Body

August 18, 2006--Sara Evans was recently named an official ambassador for the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) and she'll soon be hosting a local charity event to benefit the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee and The Sara Evans Fund. Fashion For Every Body, hosted by Sara, will feature a fashion show, silent auction and performance by Sara. The event will take place on Sunday, September 17 at 6 p.m. at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster.

"Whats-in-store, a local boutique, created this amazing necklace that we have called The Celebration, encouraging everyone to celebrate their own uniqueness." After watching a close friend battle a life threatening eating disorder, Sara made the decision to devote herself to the cause. The goal in her position as an ambassador is to raise awareness, to fund research and to lend her voice to lobby for medical coverage for individuals who are suffering with the disease.
