September 15, 2006--Kenny Chesney may be off the road for awhile, but he shows no signs of slowing down. With Kenny Chesney Live:Live Those Songs Again hitting stores September 19, look for the reigning and back-to-back Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year to wake up with Live With Regis & Kelly, then head to the airport to appear on Fox’s equally boisterous Best Damned Sports Show Period on September 20.
"I’d say it’s gonna be a long day," says the Luttrell, Tennessean with a laugh, "but when you’re looking at getting into all those different kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms, it’s a helluva lot easier than stopping in every city. Besides, everyone I’m sitting in with on Wednesday is big fun--and I can tell you, my Mama and her crew are ready for Regis!"
Kenny's new album, Kenny Chesney: Live Those Songs Again, hits stores September 19. "Every time I do an album, I work really hard to write and find songs that reflect my life and the lives of the people who listen to our music," says Kenny. "I think you owe it to your fans to say something about the way people live--and I’ve been fortunate to find songs, whether they’re stuff on the album or what people hear on the radio, that look a little deeper into the moments, the memories, the feelings that define who I am and who my fans are as people."
