Kellie Pickler Moves To Nashville

October 9, 2006--The Tennessean reports that former American Idol Top 6 finalist Kellie Pickler moved from North Carolina to Nashville last weekend.

The day after the Idol tour ended last month, Kellie arrived in Nashville and began looking for the perfect apartment, which she recently found. She had been staying at a hotel while recording here.

"I'm really looking forward to the stability of having a place of my own and my own bed," she tells the paper. "This has definitely been a dream come true. Less than a year ago I was a roller-skating waitress at Sonic Drive-In."

Her debut album, Small Town Girl, hits streets on Halloween.
