November 14, 2006--The Billboard Music Awards nominees list belongs to Rascal Flatts, who earned seven nominations. Carrie Underwood is close behind with six and Kenny Chesney has four nods. Toby Keith, George Strait and Tim McGraw are up for two BMAs.
