December 26, 2006 — Danielle Peck says her new single, "Isn't That Everything" is a feel-good song that "talks about what matters most in life." She tells storybehindthesong.net, "it's the little things, like the roof over your head, the food on your table, the friends around you and good family that mean the biggest things to someone who's very grateful. I am very grateful, and this song really captures it."

Danielle says she co-wrote the song with Tommy Lee James and Blair Daily more than three years ago and held onto it for quite a while, but was excited to include it on her debut album. "If you're wondering who I am," she says, "if you'll just listen to this song, you'll get a really good idea. It speaks very clearly to who I am, where I came from and who I'll always be."

Danielle says she's had people come up to her and tell me how the song has related to their lives in some way. "Sometimes it's not exactly the same way I wrote it and meant for it to be," she says, "but they got something else out of it that has helped them, or they were able to relate, too, and that's really special to me."
