February 26, 2007 — LeAnn Rimes and her husband, Dean Sheremet, celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary yesterday. The singer credits their move from California to Nashville four years ago in keeping their marriage strong. She tells World News Network, "I think getting away from all the hoopla was good for our relationship."

While LeAnn has shelves full of trophies for her achievements, she calls their marriage "the biggest accomplishment" of her life. The couple met in 2001 and was reintroduced in May of that year at the Academy of Country Music Awards, which Rimes hosted. Sheremet was a backup dancer on the show. The couple have collaborated on the children's book series "Jag" and have written many songs together.
