July 27, 2007 — Brooks & Dunn have been on the road this year with Alan Jackson, and apparently the one thing that needed to be worked out for the tour involved the confetti that Brooks & Dunn typically shower on fans at the duo's shows.

Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks joke about the problem in getting a tour set with Alan and tell Dial-Global how it all worked out. "It was a confetti issue with Alan," Ronnie says. "He doesn't want confetti on his hat. So we backed off with that. And it's been a blast."

"Technically it's streamers we're shooting now," Kix says. "It was fun. It really came down to having a dinner together, and Alan going, 'I don't care what you shoot.'"

Brooks & Dunn's tour with Alan will resume August 24 in Little Rock, Ark. In the meantime, Kix and Ronnie have teamed up with Kenny Chesney for some dates on his Flip Flop Summer Tour. Kenny has not yet expressed having a problem with confetti getting on his hat.
