August 6, 2007 — In other Faith Hill news that isn't related to that unfortunate Lafayette, La. concert, her new album is scheduled for release on October 2. The Hits is a 14-year compilation of the songs that made Faith one of the top–selling female acts of the genre. The first single is "Lost," which Faith sang last May at the ACM awards.
Meanwhile, Faith and husband Tim McGraw are set to wrap up their 33-date, nine-week Soul2Soul Tour 2007 August 11 in Anaheim, Calif.
