Tracy Lawrence Knows Who His Friends Are

August 6, 2007 — It reads like a who's who list of famous names in country music: Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Joe Diffie, George Jones, Trent Tomlinson and Wade Hayes were all on hand last Thursday to celebrate Tracy Lawrence's first No. 1 single in more than a decade, according to Country Weekly. The last time Tracy topped the charts was 1996 with "Time Marches On."

"It seems more satisfying this time because it has been such a long journey," says Tracy. "I am so proud of this record."

Tracy recently released the video for the No. 1 song, with Darryl Worley and George Jones making cameo appearances.
