January 11, 2008 — Jennifer Hanson, who joins label mate Phil Vassar in an acoustic tour that kicks off tomorrow in Prescott, Arizona, says fans can expect an intimate evening and a unique tour. The multi-city tour runs through February.

"When it's just you and a couple of guitars up there on stage, you feel very vulnerable, but at the same time very connected to the audience," says Jennifer. "It's almost as if they are sitting there with you as you create a song, and they're getting to hear it in its rawest form, before you go into the studio and add all of the other instruments and voices. This connection and interaction is what makes theater tours so special."

Jennifer will treat fans to her hits, "Beautiful Goodbye" and "Joyride," as well as hit songs she wrote for other artists, including "Leave the Pieces" and "A Different World." She will also perform her soon-to-be-released single, "73," a song from her upcoming Universal Records South CD.

Phil will be playing his single "Love Is a Beautiful Thing" from his upcoming CD Prayer Of A Common Man. Fans can sign up on his website, philvassar.com, for a chance to appear in the video to be shot for "Love Is a Beautiful Thing."
