January 11, 2008 — The People's Choice Awards this week confirmed once again that Rascal Flatts has a huge fan base, with the people tagging the trio with two awards, Favorite Group and Favorite Country Song for "Stand." But the group's fans aren't always so adoring. Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney tells Dial-Global that sometimes their fans get a little mad if the group doesn't perform all their hits in concert.

But with so many hit ballads in the band's repertoire, Joe Don says they've had to cut a few to keep from lulling the audience to sleep. Finishing 2007 with the release of their 18th single, "Winner At A Losing Game," the guys feel blessed to be in such a position. Joe Don adds that the group has been mixing it up on their current concert tour by adding to the set each night a few high energy songs from their latest album Still Feels Good.

Rascall Flatts plays Manchester, New Hampshire, January 17, then hit New York City's Madison Square Garden January 18.
