March 18, 2008 — With the CMA Music Festival set for June 5-8, Darryl Worley and Jennifer Hanson have slated a 10-date mini-tour of the Southeast to expand awareness of the annual event.

Darryl and Jennifer follow the Road To The CMA Music Festival with a slate of concerts that begins April 17 in Houston and runs through May 4 in Raleigh, N.C. Along the way, they’ll hit such country hotbeds as San Antonio, Orlando, Charlotte and Atlanta.

"The CMA Music Festival is one of my absolute favorite events of the year," Jennifer says. "When I was a little girl, I spent many of my summer vacations in Nashville with my dad attending the shows and getting autographs. But not everyone gets to come to Nashville and experience Music Festival in Music City. It's great that the CMA and Tetley Iced Tea are sponsoring a tour that takes a little slice of the excitement that is Music Festival out on the road."

"I'm very excited about going on the road with Jennifer," Darryl adds. "This will be a terrific way to lead up to the CMA Music Festival."

The tour matches Darryl’s gritty, neo-traditional sound — exemplified by "Have You Forgotten?" and "Awful, Beautiful Life" — with Jennifer's smooth vocal presence, which fueled the hit "Beautiful Goodbye." She also wrote The Wreckers' "Leave The Pieces" and Bucky Covington's "A Different World."

The complete itinerary follows:

• April 17 Houston, Texas
• April 18 San Antonio, Texas
• April 19 Ft. Worth, Texas
• April 24 Orlando, Fla.
• April 25 St. Petersburg, Fla.
• April 26 Charlotte, N.C.
• April 30 Birmingham, Ala.
• May 1 Jacksonville, Fla.
• May 2 Atlanta, Ga.
• May 4 Raleigh, N.C.
