Dec. 17, 2008 — When Faith Hill performed music from her Christmas album Joy To The World with a 31-piece orchestra and a nine-member vocal choir in Chicago, it was one of the most fulfilling moments of her career.

"It has always been a dream of mine, both as a little girl and as a performer," she told the Associated Press.

The concert included such holiday staples as "Winter Wonderland," "O Come, All Ye Faithful," "What Child Is This?" and "Away In A Manger," which led to the GAC special Faith Hill, Joy To The World.

"It was really important to me to marry the music on the album, the way it was performed on the album, with the presentation of the stage," she said.

Faith Hill, Joy To The World airs on GAC Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET and Thursday at 1 a.m. and 12 p.m. ET.
