December 27, 2006 — After recording Trick Pony's live farewell album earlier this month with former bandmates Ira Dean and Keith Burns, Heidi Newfield is wasting no time getting started on her own projects. She's launched a new website, heidinewfield.com, to keep fans up to date on the happenings and advancements of her solo career. Heidi will also hit the studio in January to record her debut solo album for Asylum/Curb Records.
"I am very excited," Heidi says. "I cannot wait until January to get in the studio and begin the creative process of making the kind of music that I've always wanted to make."
