September 25, 2007 — With his debut single, "All My Friends Say," in the Top 5 alongside some tough competition from Rascal Flatts, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley and Brooks & Dunn, Luke Bryan is starting to feel like his dream is all coming together.

"It's just neat what can go on in a year," he tells Dial-Global. "You hear artists talk about when their careers start happening, and they' re like, 'It just started happening so fast.' I always wondered why they all seemed to say that. And now I've experience it myself and know why those artists that I used to look up to so much said it."

Luke says, "I'm telling everyone, 'Y'all, it's happening now, it's happening!' My family's glad of it too because they would call me up and they would always just want me to reassure them that I was doing the right thing. I think they are starting to feel pretty good about the decision to come up here."
