February 12, 2008 Barely 18, Taylor Swift is already one of the hottest teens in the music business with a double-platinum album, a Country Music Association award, three hit singles and a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist. Now she's become a director.
Taylor made her debut as a video director with her new video, "I'm Only Me When I'm With You," which you can see on GAC. The piece features material from Taylor's first 18 months in the limelight, with performance footage, candid shots of her with the band and other artists, plus some of her fans. In addition to directing, Taylor edited the video on her laptop.

"It was so much fun to put all of that footage together," Taylor says. "I think creative people like to do anything creative."
She'll be working on a new video in the next few weeks. It will accompany her new single "Picture To Burn."
