April 9, 2008 - Five years since her last album of all-new material, Emmylou Harris is ready to release a new CD. Titled "All I Intended To Be," the project drops June 10, when she'll be in the midst of her first concert tour as an official member of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

"It's kind of a combination of some of my own songs, some songs that I've wanted to record for a long time and some new things that I came across," Emmylou told Billboard in describing the album. "You'll get both Emmylou the interpreter and Emmylou the songwriter."

Emmylou was recently announced among this year's new members of the Hall of Fame. She'll be inducted during a medallion ceremony in Nashville April 27, along with the Statler Brothers, Tom T. Hall and Ernest "Pop" Stoneman.

Her concert itinerary, listed on LiveDaily.com, kicks off Memorial Day weekend with a May 23 show in Monterey, Calif. The schedule rambles to the East Coast and Canada over the next two months before winding up July 31 in San Diego.
