June 24, 2008 Travis Tritt and Marty Stuart banded together on one of the best-remembered country jaunts of the 1990s, the No Hats Tour, and the duo is back at it this year with a multi-city acoustic tour.
The two have a long friendship thats provided dividends both professionally and personally. They won the Country Music Associations Vocal Event of the Year honor in 1992 with "This Ones Gonna Hurt You (For A Long, Long Time)" and took a Grammy for "The Whiskey Aint Workin" in 1993. They also nabbed a hit with "Honky Tonkins What I Do Best"; were both contributors along with Johnny Cash and Charlie Daniels to the Grammy-nominated "The Devil Comes Back To Georgia"; and were among 13 artists on the Grammy-winning "Same Old Train." In addition, Marty served as best man when Travis got married in 1997. Travis met his wife, Theresa, when Marty threw a birthday for him; Theresa had actually appeared in one of Martys videos.
The first dates lined up for the duos tour this fall include:
Nov. 1 Temecula, Calif.
Nov. 2 Phoenix, Ariz.

Nov. 14 Charlottesville, Va.
Nov. 15 Harrisburg, Pa.
