July 17, 2008 — Trent Tomlinson has had a busy period in his life over the first half of 2008, getting married to model Jessica Lowman and welcoming a daughter, Harleigh Tomlinson. But Trent’s also been working hard on an album, which is nearing completion.
Trent promises that fans will see some artistic advancement in the project.
"I’ve grown so much as a songwriter and an artist [and had] a lot of life changes — got married and had a baby," Trent says. "The first album was chock full of drinkin’ songs, and there’s still some drinkin’ songs on this album, but it’s a little more mature Trent. It’s better music. I’m a better songwriter. It’s like a golf swing — the more you do it, the better you get."
Trent and his family are based in North Carolina, but he’s in the center of the country over the next few days, playing Friday in Atchison, Kan.; and Saturday in Cheyenne, Wyo.
