Nov. 18, 2008 — Less than a week after Brad Paisley won a CMA Award for his last video, he debuts his newest today on GAC.

Brad and Keith Urban collaborated on "Start A Band," which has a PlayStation air about it: Two kids who look a bit like Keith and Brad in their younger days pit the guitar-slingers against each other.

"It’s [set] in an arcade with a bunch of kids playing Guitar Hero to us, with us on the screens, and they’re having this duel," Brad said after finishing his CMA hosting duties last week. "It’s to sort of make the point of a new generation [getting] into [playing] a little better — and not just Guitar Hero, but pick up the real thing eventually, too. Chicks dig real guitar from what I can tell."

Jim Shea, who has a long history with Brad, directed the video, which was just finished early last week. Jim shared in Brad’s CMA victory last week for "Waitin’ On A Woman," which was actually the second CMA award of Jim’s career. He also got a Video win in 1992 for directing Alan Jackson’s "Midnight In Montgomery." Among the other Brad Paisley videos that Jim has overseen are "When I Get Where I’m Going," "Alcohol," "Online" and "Letter To Me."

"Start A Band" will air at the following times (ET) Tuesday:
• 6:46 a.m.
• 8:47 a.m.
• 12:45 a.m.
• 2:47 p.m.
• 5:46 p.m.
