July 17, 2009 — Country duo Joey+Rory are spokespersons for Overstock.com. They've already made two commercials for the company, which featured their 1870's farmhouse and family restaurant, Marcy Jo's. But their latest features a favorite family member — their hound, Rufus.
The spot hawks the company's linen collection and Joey is shown ordering the best of the best sheets and pillows ? not for Rory, not for her sister-in-law, but for her beloved dog Rufus.
"Everywhere we go, people point and say, 'Hey that's the couple from the Overstock.com commercials," says the couple. "We are so proud to be working with them and are really excited about this next step we are taking together."
Not only is Overstock promoting the talented twosome on TV, they also provided a makeover to Joey & Rory's refurbished 1955 tour bus by wrapping it with their images and album information.
