Rollin’ in Easy Money Sweepstakes

Official Rules – Dice Roll

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.   The following PROMOTION is VALID in THE 50 United states AND THE district of columbia (“d.c.”)  ONLY, AND IS OPEN ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (as defined in the rules below).  VOID IN NY AND FL AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW.   

1. Sweepstakes Dates: Sweepstakes registration is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time ["ET"]) on May 1, 2007 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on May 11, 2007 (the “Registration Period”).  The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void in NY and FL and where prohibited.

2. Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), (excluding residents of New York and Florida), who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter:

   • Employees, officers, and directors of Scripps Networks, LLC, Great American Country (GAC), PromoMa.com (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), Warner Bros/Raybaw (Title Sponsor) Trans World Entertainment Corporation (Sponsor), Bass Pro Shops (Sponsor) each of their respective franchisees, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grand children) and each of their respective spouses.

3. How to Enter: To enter, visit the Great American Country (“GAC”) Website at www.gactv.com (the “GAC Website”).  Complete the online entry form and all required fields in their entirety and submit your entry in accordance with the on-screen directions.  No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.  Online entries must be received by 5:00pm EST on 5/11/07. Limit one entry per person or per e-mail address per day. Contestants may only complete and submit an entry on their own behalf.  No person may enter more than one time per day and no person may enter on behalf of another individual, or in another person's name.  Any person found in violation of these provisions will be disqualified and all entries submitted by that person will be ruled ineligible for any prize award.
   

   Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, inaccurate, damaged or illegible; or for any entry not submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; or any entry that is not received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections.  All such entries will be automatically void.  All entries received become the property of the Title Sponsor and will not be returned.
   

   In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:  A random drawing to select one (1) Home winner will be held on or about 5/14/07 from among all eligible entries received.  Home winner will be notified initially by phone on or about 5/18/07.  If Administrator is unsuccessful in their attempts to reach and speak directly with a potential winner by phone after three attempts over a 12-hour period, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting).  During the home winner notification phone call, potential winner must confirm their eligibility. Decisions of the Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
   

   If a selected grand prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, s/he will be disqualified, and an alternate home winner will be randomly selected and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting).  Following the winner notification phone call, eligible winner will receive an official prize notification via certified mail.
   

   Potential home winner may be required to execute and return a W-9 form, affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release from the winner, and present a copy of a valid social security card within a time period specified by Sweepstakes Administrator.  Failure to comply within such time period or with these Official Rules will result in prize being forfeited.

5. Grand Prize Description: A total of one (1) prize will be awarded.  The prize will be determined by the outcome of a (4) dice roll scheduled to take place on 5/16/07 in Las Vegas, NV. Sponsor will select a designated roller assigned for the dice roll attempt. The outcome of the Grand Prize dice roll will air on GAC TV on 5/18/07.
   

   If the designated roller, rolls (4) Easy Money Logos face up on all 4 dice, the eligible winner, will be awarded the $500,000 40-year annuity prize subject to verification and approval by Million Dollar Media, LLC.  If the designated roller does not successfully roll the dice as required for the grand prize, then the $500,000 40-year annuity prize will not be awarded.
   

   Whether or not the $500,000 40-year annuity prize is awarded, the following bonus prizes will be awarded to the eligible contestant:

   All of the following will apply for winner: 1) Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize; 2) Winner will be responsible for paying all taxes on the prize (if any).  Failure to collect or properly claim a grand prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited for any reason, winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.
   

   Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value if an advertised prize or portion thereof becomes unavailable.  Maximum A.R.V. of all prizes available to be awarded:  $502,499

6. Additional Rules & Restrictions:  By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.  False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.
   

   Entrants agree to hold Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle), or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel related thereto), and to assume all liability in connection therewith.  Released Parties shall not be liable for mechanical, technical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors or malfunctions relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the conducting of the grand prize contest or in any sweepstakes-related materials.  If for any reason this sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes (or any portion thereof).  If terminated, Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator may, at their sole discretion, select the potential semi-finalist(s) or award prize(s) for the portion(s) at issue a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such portion(s) up to time of such action. Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator also reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and void his/her entry(ies)) who tampers with the entry process or who is in violation of these rules.
   

   Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.  Releases shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or any act or omissions by the air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services that result in arrival delays and/or prevent the opportunity to participate in any contests or events.  Releases shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.  No more than the advertised maximum number of prizes will be awarded for any reason.

7. IN CASE OF DISPUTES:  By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, and in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.

9. Odds: Odds of being selected as the winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.  The odds of the grand prize finalist winning the $500,000 40-year annuity prize in the Dice Roll Contest by successfully rolling the (4) dice are:  1:1,296.
