ACM New Artist of the Year Voting Terms and Conditions

By voting for the ACM New Artist of the Year categories, and/or by going to this website accessible at http://www.gactv.com, you hereby accept and agree to the terms of this voting program and to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy found at http://www.gactv.com (collectively the "Terms"). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the website and do not vote for the ACM New Artists of the Year nominees. Voting begins on January 21, 2013 at Noon ET and closes on February 4, 2013 at 3 p.m. ET. You may only vote one (1) time per day per IP (internet Protocol) address (i.e. once per computer or other electronic device capable of accessing the Internet) — daily voting sessions are based on Eastern Standard Time. The winner of each category will be determined by a combination of fan voting and ACM professional member voting. In the event of a tie or disqualification, the ACM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the winner of each category.
