Concerts, Video Shoots and A Real American Hero

Baseball is a great American pastime and Nashville's Greer Stadium – home of the minor league Nashville Sounds – was the place where a great American hero was recently honored. Middle Tennessee's Sgt. Kevin Downs of the 278th Armored Calvary suffered severe injuries in a Humvee explosion while serving in Iraq and is in need of a home where he can live independently. A benefit concert, Home For A Hero, featuring Lonestar, Charlie Daniels, Craig Morgan, Bomshel, Collin Raye, Joe Diffie and others was held to raise funds for a new home for Downs. Catch Storme Warren's interview with the inspiring 22-year-old vet.

Billy Currington recently celebrated a platinum album and admits that his slow and steady rise to success moved a bit too slowly at times. "I wanted it faster," he tells Warren. "It didn't work out that way but it worked out for the best."

And what a week for video shoots! Trisha Yearwood, Trace Adkins, Blake Shelton, Jack Ingram, Danielle Peck and Halfway to Hazzard recently shot new music videos and in what must've been a weak moment, allowed Warren and his marauding band of merry makers – also known as his crew - on to the sets of their videos for a sneak peak. Each artist sits down with Warren to talk about their new music.

Reba shares that she's become especially close to one of the duet partners on her forthcoming Reba Duets LP. "We just click. We take weekend trips together?it's become a great relationship," she tells Warren.

Troy Gentry of Montgomery Gentry along with his wife, Angie, and a few close friends celebrated the duo's recent hit single, "Lucky Man," with a trip to a tattoo parlor. Hit songwriter Jeffrey Steele talks about how he and his family are honoring the memory of his son, Alex LaVassuer, with music and skateboarding. The 14-year-old died in an ATV accident earlier this year.
