Great American Dedications: Neal McCoy

Country star Neal McCoy joins host Nan Kelley at Camp Pendleton, Calif., the largest Marine Corps training base in the world. The marines of Camp Pendleton let their hair down and send special dedications to their friends and love ones at home, as well as to their fellow soldiers overseas. Corporal Kyle Layer of Adair, Okla., walks out of the camp hospital with the aid of a cane to request Tracy Byrd's "I'm From the Country" to share the story of the gun battle in Iraq that brought him back home early. Plus, Seaman Stephanie Acs puts Neal on the spot to sing "America The Beautiful" a cappella.
